At GadgetsForFuture, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. To ensure a smooth process, we have set the following cancellation guidelines.

Customers can cancel their order within 5 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, you must send an email to reach@chrp-india.com with your Order ID and registered details. This helps us process your request quickly and efficiently.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, customers are requested to follow the return process after receiving the product.

If your order is successfully canceled, the refund will be processed within 3 to 5 working days from the date of cancellation. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please note that certain types of orders may not be eligible for cancellation. This includes orders that are already shipped, special promotional items, or customized products, if applicable.

GadgetsForFuture also reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen issues. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
