Return & Refund Policy

At GadgetsForFuture, we strive to deliver quality products and a smooth shopping experience. However, if you face any issues with your order, our return and refund policy is designed to assist you.

Customers can request a return or replacement if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. To initiate a request, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product by sending an email to reach@chrp-india.com with your Order ID, issue details, and product images/videos as proof.

Once your request is received, our team will review the issue and respond within 24 hours. If the request is approved, we will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost, depending on the situation.

Products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, accessories, and invoice. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Refunds are applicable only in cases where:

  • The product is not replaceable
  • The product is out of stock
  • The issue cannot be resolved

In such cases, the refund will be processed within 3–5 working days after approval. The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return or refund, such as:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories
  • Products returned after the specified return window
