This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the cancellation terms applicable to products, enterprise solutions, XR devices, simulators, accessories, software-enabled systems, and related technology products purchased through Gadgets For Future (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By placing an order through our website, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms contained in this Policy.

1. Scope of the Policy

This Policy applies to all purchases made through Gadgets For Future, including but not limited to:

  • XR devices and accessories
  • VR/AR/MR headsets
  • Industrial simulators
  • Enterprise technology products
  • Imported hardware
  • Commercial gadgets and peripherals
  • Bulk enterprise procurement orders
  • Software-integrated products
  • Custom-configured systems

The cancellation terms may vary depending on the nature of the product, procurement stage, customization requirements, enterprise agreements, and shipment status.

2. Cancellation Eligibility

Customers may request cancellation of an order within forty-eight (48) hours from the time of order confirmation.

Cancellation requests submitted within this period shall be reviewed and processed subject to operational verification, payment validation, and order processing status.

While the Company makes reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests within the permitted timeframe, cancellation approval shall remain subject to:

  • Product availability status
  • Procurement stage
  • Packaging and dispatch progress
  • Vendor or manufacturer processing
  • Import processing status
  • Enterprise deployment scheduling
  • Payment verification completion

Submission of a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee cancellation approval.

3. Orders Beyond Forty-Eight (48) Hours

After forty-eight (48) hours from order confirmation, cancellation requests may no longer be applicable.

Once an order enters advanced fulfillment, procurement, configuration, import handling, packaging, shipment preparation, or logistics processing stages, the Company reserves the right to reject cancellation requests.

Cancellation eligibility after the specified period shall depend entirely upon the current operational and delivery status of the order.

If a product has already been:

  • Dispatched
  • Shipped
  • Assigned to logistics partners
  • Procured specifically for the customer
  • Imported for fulfillment
  • Configured or customized
  • Scheduled for enterprise deployment

the order may become non-cancellable.

4. Enterprise and Customized Orders

Enterprise procurement orders, institutional purchases, industrial deployments, customized systems, and made-to-order products may involve additional procurement, integration, or deployment processes.

Accordingly, such orders may become non-cancellable immediately after confirmation or after the commencement of processing activities.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Bulk enterprise procurement
  • Customized simulator systems
  • Special import orders
  • Configured XR deployment solutions
  • Software-activated systems
  • Dedicated inventory reservations
  • Institutional or government procurement orders

Where separate agreements, quotations, procurement contracts, or Statements of Work (SOW) exist, those contractual terms shall prevail over this Policy.

5. Cancellation Request Procedure

To request cancellation, customers must contact the official support team of Gadgets For Future through authorized communication channels.

The cancellation request must include:

  • Full customer name
  • Order number
  • Registered email address
  • Contact number
  • Reason for cancellation

The Company may require additional verification or supporting details before processing the request.

6. Refunds Related to Cancelled Orders

If a cancellation request is approved, eligible refunds shall be initiated to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Refund timelines may vary depending upon:

  • Banking procedures
  • Payment gateway processing timelines
  • Financial institution policies
  • International transaction settlement timelines

Generally, approved refunds may require approximately five (5) to fifteen (15) business days for processing.

The Company reserves the right to deduct:

  • Payment gateway charges
  • Transaction processing fees
  • Reverse logistics charges
  • Procurement expenses
  • Administrative handling costs

where applicable.

Partial refunds may apply if operational, logistics, procurement, or processing expenses have already been incurred prior to cancellation approval.

7. Non-Cancellable Situations

Certain situations may render an order non-cancellable, including but not limited to:

  • Orders already shipped or dispatched
  • Products out for delivery
  • Customized or configured systems
  • Activated software licenses
  • Imported products procured specifically for the customer
  • Enterprise deployment activities already initiated
  • Installation or simulator setup already scheduled
  • Products delivered successfully
  • Fraudulent or abusive cancellation attempts

In such circumstances, the Company reserves the absolute right to reject cancellation requests.

8. Refusal of Delivery

Customers are advised not to refuse product deliveries without obtaining prior cancellation approval from the Company.

Unauthorized refusal of delivery may result in:

  • Reverse shipping charges
  • Restocking fees
  • Handling deductions
  • Partial refund processing
  • Rejection of refund eligibility

The Company reserves the right to recover operational and logistics costs associated with refused shipments.

9. Delays and Exceptional Circumstances

In circumstances involving:

  • Customs clearance delays
  • Import restrictions
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Manufacturer delays
  • Force majeure events
  • International shipping interruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • Pandemic-related disruptions

cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

The Company shall not be held liable for delays caused by external operational or regulatory factors beyond reasonable control.

10. Fraud Prevention and Abuse

The Company reserves the right to refuse or investigate cancellation requests involving:

  • Suspicious activity
  • Payment fraud
  • Repeated abuse of cancellation policies
  • False claims
  • Unauthorized transactions
  • Misrepresentation of delivery status

Appropriate legal or administrative action may be initiated where necessary.

11. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Gadgets For Future be held liable for:

  • Business losses
  • Indirect damages
  • Procurement delays
  • Operational downtime
  • Enterprise deployment interruptions
  • Loss of profits
  • Delayed installations
  • Third-party logistics failures

arising from cancellation requests, rejected cancellations, or refund processing timelines.

12. Changes to this Policy

Gadgets For Future reserves the right to revise, modify, or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.

Updated versions shall become effective immediately upon publication on the website.

Continued use of the website or services after such modifications shall constitute acceptance of the revised Policy.
