We provide free shipping on all prepaid orders deliverable to any location across India. All taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on our website — no hidden charges.
Delivery Time
Once the products are dispatched from our warehouse, delivery generally takes 4 to 6 working days. The time of delivery may vary depending on your location.
We will send you a tracking number and link to our courier partner along with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order at any time.
Accurate Information
The user must agree to provide authentic and true information at the time of placing an order to avoid any kind of delay or loss of the product.
Gadgets For Future reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point in time. If, upon confirmation, such details are found to be untrue (wholly or partly), Gadgets For Future has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available on this website without prior intimation.
In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number), any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be borne by the user placing the order.
Delays Beyond Our Control
At times, orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. Gadgets For Future shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of purchased goods due to flood, fire, wars, acts of God, or any cause that is beyond our control.
Cancellations
After placing their order, customers may cancel their order by giving proper reasons for cancellation, only if the order has not been dispatched yet. We do not accept any cancellations once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.
In case of cancellation, there is no cash refund given for the purchase amount. However, you may exchange it for another Gadgets For Future product available on our website of the same or higher value by paying the remainder amount.
Returns & Exchanges
Gadgets For Future does not offer any return or exchange facility under normal circumstances.
Any product that has been found missing, hampered or damaged during transportation must be notified by email within 24 hours of delivery, along with a mandatory unboxing video, and returned to our warehouse within a strict time period of one week. After this period, Gadgets For Future will not be liable to accept the product.
In such cases, the customer must write to us at reach@chrp-india.com, and a prompt response is guaranteed from our end. We will investigate the damage and try to repair or replace the product. However, Gadgets For Future reserves the right to determine the authenticity of the damage and to decide whether we are able to repair or replace the product.
All courier charges for sending the product back to us will be borne by the customer. Gadgets For Future will only bear the expenses of returning the repaired or replaced product to the customer.
Important Note
Always record an unboxing video while opening the packet. It is compulsory to share the unboxing video while raising a claim for a wrong, empty, or damaged product — within 24 hours of delivery. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
